mk hiii i rlly need help pls (puppy petre)

so im a puppy petre, and i use pup/pupself and puppy/puppyself pronouns, and im starting to wondering if im like...pupgender?? but im not sure, and i dont wanna understand it wrong. ive rlly tried to find sum stuff abt how it feels to be any sort of petgender that isnt inherently otherkin, which i dont think i am, but i havent rlly been able to find super specific stuff, i just dont wanna misunderstand the identiy/label yk? but i do also think that im not just exclusively petre, i could be, but i feel like its such a big part of me that its probably more. like i slip into a petre mindset *extremely* easily, and i do get like phantom tail and ears n stuff, and i take it personally as well. like im a puppy almost in the same way as i am a trans guy, like i have almost the same reaction to it, but i dont have like species dysphoria i think its called??? like i wish i had a tail and ears sure but im not rlly sad that i dont have those, and i have heard that u dont have to have species dysphoria to be a petgender or otherkin or therian. idk i just wanna hear from other pups/ppl and know what ur gender experience is like for u pls sorry if this sounds bad im coming from a gud place im just trying to understand lol tysmmm have a gud dayy <33 nwn
