Music used to be so catchy and fun :c now it’s kind of bland? I mean specifically in the U.S. I used to love listening to the radio but it’s so hard to listen to it. I love music so its all very disappointing 😞
Thus, why I like to listen to music in different languages. It’s so beautiful AHHHHHHH. I love it. So much expression can be put into a song and I can feel it deep down and I don’t even understand the lyrics! Like rn I’m listening to winter by se so neon. So mesmerizing :(
I’m also glad I can speak Spanish, una bendición😋when people think of Spanish music they generally think of reggaeton and it is good! (imo? It is what I see more in the media) but if more ppl knew about boleros I would be happy frfr. Also Belanova, I feel like, could be very popular just bc their music is so good? Idk my opinion obvi

i think the reason why music nowadays are getting so bland is due to producers relying on one or two genre that consists of the majority of the teenage culture, which mostly sang about heartbreak or getting cheated on.
must be the same reason why I listen to punk/metal/alt/scene stuff nowadays since there's a lot of varieties between them.
i'm totally blown away that you listen to songs in different languages?! how dope is that?! (o_O)
nevertheless, just enjoy whatever music that makes you feel at peace now. it's people like us that keeps the "different" genre alive.

It does make sense. They go with what’s more popular and when they write lyrics its so obvious what its abt.
Those are good genres!! I listen to alt music sometime and yes I do! Idk how to explain it but I listen a lot to the instrumentals behind them :3
