So me and my husband live by a forest (it's about a 5 min walk away) in an apartment on the 10th floor.
It's cozy and our cat particularly enjoys it since he can look out the windows at everyone down below. Overall we love our space.
There would be some nights however where you would wake up with this real creepy feeling. For me personally it was like a little voice in my head saying "Don't look out the window or you will see something".
My husband has this feeling too sometimes, and it's beyond creepy. If you look out the window you can see the street and the tree line that leads into the forest.
I often wonder what lurks out there those nights. But I don't think I would ever dare look out the window.

i get the same feeling… i always follow appalachia rules (in that if you dont look scared and act normal youll probably be fine lmao). i dont know if i 100% believe that smthgs waiting out there but hey, better safe than sorry!

I feel something similar when I'm in bed in the dark some times. It's just you head messing with you. I hope
It's very interesting isn't it. Not that I'm scared of the forest or anything, I really love it.
But yeah damn those nights are spooky.
