yesterday i did a few more workouts in da evening, and itz likely ill do more 2nite!!
2day, i upped da intensity of da workout, which i admittedly shouldn't have done...
i didd:
- 100 jumpin jackz
- 60 burpeez
- 30 jump squatz
- 10 squatz
- 2 plank crawlz 2 sugar rush(elyotto) and haunted(laura lez)
- 100 russian twistz
- 3x30 second planx
- 60 leg raisez
- 100 crunchez
and omg! i still feel like im gonna throw upX3
honestly theres something about da horrible pain that makez me feel better<33
once i work up to da whooole workout (here!), im gonna work on taking less breaks and less time because it takes me like an hour 2 finish da whole ting(。>\\<)
