im glad its becoming a habit to get on my computer and blog. even though no one reads them, i like having the memories.

today was a fun eventful day! it was a great way to start off my christmas break. today i went ice skating with melissa. it wasnt my FIRST time ice skating but it basically was. i think ive only gone four times before and all four times i didnt really learn how to skate. either i used the railing things because i was young or i wasnt actually doing it right and fell on my ass every time i tried to move. i kind of got the hang of it after going around the whole rink once, i still need practice though. i only fell once and it was because i was messing around and got too confident lol, i tried to spin around. im way better at rollerskating and im more used to it so i kept trying to push myself and take off my only moving my right foot but i kept forgetting thats not how ice skates work and i actually have to move both of my feet fully. my ankles and feet were so sore afterwards. i want to ask my mom if i could start ice skating lessons, ive always been interested in it but never commited. even when i was about 8 i think i kept asking my mom for lessons but she never got around to it and i eventually forgot. but after we skated we went back to melissas house and we made a gingerbread house while watching home alone 1! once i finished it we went to go ride her bikes around the neighborhood. but i had to walk home but it wasnt too bad because it was worth it for the day i had. it was so fun. i wish the camera i said i ordered had come by today so i couldve taken photos with her at the rink. but its ok, thats what phones are for. im going to attach some photos we took, which werent much, but theyre pretty big.
