Shoes that are Fashionable yet accessible

Due to my cerebral palsy my feet are kind of deformed a little so I have a hard time finding the right shoe that would fit them. I am a size 6 and the difficulty happens when I go to the shoe section at Walmart or Ross etc and all there are are high heeled boots and sandals. The other problem is the tightness of it too on my toes. Are there any suggestions out there because I do work in an office?
