2day wasn't rly my first time doing da workout, but dis iz da first time im documenting it!! im pretty overweight(150, 5'3, 26.6 bmi), and despite being a dancer, im not vry athletic;'3
STILL! i wanted 2 push miself 2 workout, and wat better way 2 do it then this workout?!

so obvi i wasn't able to do the full workout, so heres da modified version i did
- 100 jumping jackz
- 50 burpeez
- 20 jump squatz
- 20 normal squatz
- 2 plank crawlz to a song(i did "im so obsessed with you </3" by rebzyyx and "xoxo (kisses hugs) by 6arely human!)
- 100 russian twiztz
- 2 25 second plankz (imma wimp₍ᐡ。っ ̫-。ᐡ₎)
- 60 leg raizez
- 80 crunches
when i used 2 try 2 do thiz workout, i would do the og version, but i acctually got thru dis one:DD
my body is a little sore now, but itz not unbearable becuz ive been streching!
