weird thing that hapenned to me and my friends a couple days ago (i think we saw a ghost)

just wanted to share a thing that hapenned to me to see if someone can help me understand.

so a couple of days ago, me and a group of friends went to an old club in our town where people hang out a lot, it existed for a long time (its the kind of place where people have to pay stuff to enter, but you can invite friends. someone had invited us because we werent members of the thing).

we went all around the place exploring, mostly we went several times to an undergound theater that was in a very dark corridor and was closed to the public, though the doors where unlocked.

you had to go downstairs from a staircase inside the building that lead to the changing rooms, then instead of going to the left where they were you continued straight in front. theres a corridor, that ends in a locked door, and has a couple sofas in the end. before that, theres a camera that lights up if you walk in front of it (motion detector), and the theater is located just before the sofas.

me and my friends went inside the theater several times in the day. it was dark, like really really dark, and even when you used lights you practically didnt see anything. also its forbidden to go there so when you entered you had to walk right against the wall so the camera doesnt see u.

at one point, when we got back to the theater like for the fifth time of the day, the door we got through to enter it was closed. which was weird.

all of my friends werent there (we were like 10 in total), there was only me, a friend, and another friend that stayed in the stairs because he didnt want to get in the theater.

my friend and i decided to try to find another entrance to the thing, so we walked, against the wall so the camera wouldnt see us, in silence, trying to get to the second door. i was first.

it was super dark in the corridor, and when we got to the end of the theater part, i looked towards the sofas. there was someone in the corner, in the last sofa on the right. they looked like they were bald on the top of the head and used all black clothes.

i wasnt sure if there was someone, and i just froze because i got scared, and my friend continued talking to me because she hadnt seen the guy.

i was about to turn around and tell them there was someone but the person talked, said "hola" (hello in spanish, we live in chile) in a deep voice, and then my friend and i got so scared and ran away. the friend that was waiting in the staircase fleed with us.

after calming down, we decided to go back there, our friend still staying in the staircase while me and the other went down to see. we didnt got against the wall on the left side this time, just staying out of camera reach and shouting stuff like hello, whos there, hi, with no answer at all.

i decided to go see if the guy was still there, and walked a bit, still talking. no answer. again, i walked, and still no one. right before i got to the first sofa (there were three sofas on each side of the corridor), just before i could see the corner, the same deep voice says hola, then something we didnt hear.

my friend shouted something like hi, sorry, then we ran away again, scared.

we decided to get the rest of our friends, told them what happened, then got back downstairs, shouting stuff again. no answer. i walked to the end and same, there was no reaction until i got to the first sofa, where the voice said hola again. we all ran away.

we decided to go there a fourth time to clear stuff out, and right before getting to the dark corridor, we saw a guy who worked there, with the uniform and stuff, walking up the stairs. he told us we couldnt be there, and we walked away.

my friends keep telling me it was the same guy, that he was probably napping or something. im sure its not. im the only one who saw the first guy, and they didnt look alike at ALL.

its weird because who stays in the dark corner of a corridor, making no sound, not answering until you get on his side???? also, i saw him one time. i didnt see him the second and third.

so idk what was that. if someone can help me understand it would be cool. also the friend in the staircase was @WINTRY.
