Entity in my roon *or maybe not

Why tf every time i turn off the lights a shadow of a person between 20-31 years old appears in the front of my door.

EVEN IN ANOTHER HOUSE APPEARS THAT SHADOW

Im not doing that shit, last night i have problems to sleep, THAT MF DON'T STOP LOOKING' AT ME

idk what a sleep paralysis feels like but that shadow it makes me feel like I did something wrong.
