My FINAL WARNING to Kenny / "Dogforever"

Update 01/26/24 : Although I'm now leaving Spacehey for an undertermined amount of time DUE to Kenny's harassment, I am checking things once in a while. If I have tried to friend you and that you're now reading this blog, it's most likely because you have him friended and that I would like to warn you that you have some crazy stalker friended! If you're unsure WHICH account it is, feel free to friend me / message me and I will tell you.

Additionally, you do not HAVE TO do (it would however be greatly appreciated as you could help me make Spacehey safer for myself and others) do the following, I would like to ask you all to report any new account Kenny might make for the following reason:

Also, to anyone who might ask, no this isn't harassment towards Kenny when he is ACTIVELY perpetrating all of the behaviour I— and others— have called out.

Update 12/26/23 : Hi! Kenny, if you're reading this, your last chance is up, as I KNOW you read the document and still are perpetrating your actions. I will now be doing my job and reporting you to actual authorities instead of social media mods. 

If you aren't Kenny, you do not have to bother to read this anymore. The document is now a compilation of proof so I can take legal action. This copy (and blog) will however remain the same as I put together a different one with additional links and etc..

This blog, to which an extensive document compiling proof and context, is a final warning to Kenny / "Dogforever" before I bring this case of harassment and stalking to COURT. 

If Kenny doesn't immediately cease and desist all harassment to my person and others, I will be taking serious legal actions against him.

Here is what I demand of Kenny (directly copy pasted from my document):

" Firstly, I demand of him to CEASE AND DESIST any deliberate copying of my identity and others. This includes names I (or others you've been harassing) go by, interests, have listed on my (and their) profile, etc.. 

Secondly, I demand any Rentry he has made copy pasting the coding of mine to be taken down immediately AND for him to never do it again. I never consented for my coding to be used this way and have told him so. The fact he is still doing so to upset me is malicious.

Thirdly, I demand for him to stop seeking any form of contact with me. This includes EVERYTHING. I do not want Kenny to even ATTEMPT to apologize to me, I do not want him to make a blog apologizing to me, I do not want him to try anything that will have me merely acknowledging his existence on purpose. I demand absolutely no form of contact, direct or indirect.

To make sure this is clear: I will count him sending his friends to talk to me as a form of contact. I will count him pretending to be someone else as a form of contact.

Lastly, I demand for all stalking to stop immediately. If Kenny makes any attempt to friend me with alternative accounts to look at my stuff, even if months of compliance goes by, I will bring this to court. 

If Kenny fails to comply with any of these terms, I will bring all of this to court. All of these terms may extend to the other people Kenny has been harassing as well if they express the wish for it."
I have the right to make those demands as all the things Kenny has done makes me feel unsafe and I have the right to feel safe and secure, even on the internet.

HERE is the document. 

I am very serious when I say that if this does not cease in the next two weeks I will contact the cops and file a complaint. No "Cease and Desist" will be given this time, as last time Kenny has broken it. He is extremely lucky I gave him so many chances.
