dieting is so hard!!

the title probs seems so dumb bc duh, dieting is hard if you cut out the foods that are addictive (i.e. complex carbs and processed sugars) but what i mean is that i used 2 have anorexia.


i've recovered from anorexia but then had bullimia and BED. dieting after "recovering" is so hard bc i don't know if i'm fully recovered. i don't know what a healthy relationship w food is like, and that is so hard y'all :/


i wanna lose sum weight bcz i'm overweight now and it's causing me health problems.

like,, i'm going 2 a doctor and everything but still it seems like idk how to eat healthy :(
