inclusivity within the queer community

as a queer person, i have been witness to several debates about inclusivity within the community.
one of the most pressing issues is the acceptance of non-binary and genderqueer individuals. these individuals often face discrimination and exclusion from both the queer community and society at large. it is important to recognize and validate their identities, and to create spaces that are welcoming and inclusive for them.
genders outside of the binary are just as valid and deserving of respect as those within it. it is crucial to educate ourselves and others on the experiences and struggles of non-binary and genderqueer individuals, and to actively work towards creating a more inclusive and supportive community for ALL queer people.

here's a brief explanation on why you should start advocating for inclusivity within the queer community:

firstly, it is important to understand that gender is a social construct that has been used to categorize individuals into categories of male and female according to their biological sexes. however, this binary system fails to recognize the existence of those who do not identify within those categories, INCLUDING intersex people. non-binary and genderqueer individuals challenge the societal norms and expectations surrounding gender, and their identities should be respected and celebrated.

secondly, the exclusion and discrimination faced by non-binary and genderqueer individuals within the queer community can be detrimental to their mental health and well-being. the queer community should be a safe and supportive space for all individuals who identify as queer.Β being queer is what makes you be a part of the queer community in the first place, so why do non-binary and genderqueer individuals suffer discrimination from their OWN community?

third and last reason, advocating for inclusivity within the queer community can lead to a more diverse and vibrant community. embracing and celebrating different gender identities can bring new perspectives and experiences to the table, enriching the community as a whole.

if what i said is right or wrong, it's totally up to you. but you should definitely think about this subject for a while before commenting anything.

To add to inclusivity to the community, I feel we need to stop centering the conversation about white gay men and include racially diverse queer ppl. There is a lot of racism and white-centering within the LGBTQ+ community that perpetuates white supremacy and creates a more palettable and unrealistic version of queerness for the status quo (cishetallo white tradational ppl). And ofc, more inclusion of gender diverse ppl (such as myself)

as long as we don't become radinclus freaks who encourage shit like transtrauma, transabled, transrace, etc. i couldn't give less of a shit what other people in the community do with their lives. just let them be honestly
