literally just started this last night but i've been writing out all my thoughts i've been having recently and i hope it turns out good for me. i would prefer to type because it's faster and it hurts my wrist/hand less but when i write it out it kinda forces me to slow down a little bit and process how i'm feeling. idk
the first page is mostly scribbles because i could barely write words coherently, i just wanted to write fast and get it out of my head but today i took a little more time to make it legible
i just kinda wanted to put this out somewhere so that at least someone, even if it's strangers on the internet, know that i'm trying to be better and do things for myself that are healthier coping mechanisms than what i've been doing
