hopefully, this isn't just a random thing I've seen occur recently that no one else has noticed but I see that there have been at least 6 accounts created in the last 5 hours trying to promote this medicine on their page and it feels very weird

Interesting. A few weeks ago, a large number of xbox themed accounts all sharing the same friends list were be creating minutes from each other. In this new case, either a wonderfully planned raid, or another opportunist positioning themselves for a scam.
this is probably a scam aimed at people with drug issues because from what I've seen from looking up hydrocodone is that its considered an addictive narcotic
