What is this door

I'm not professional builder or door manufacturer so I don't really know what it is. I thought it was a door at first, but its way to high up in the way for anyone to get through!

and. another thing about this peculiar entrence. it looks exactly like a chocolate bar. definently not a typical """door""" design. and you know what. there isn't even a door handle! I don't think its a door at least not a door  for regular humans.

if it wasnt a door and there was no door handle then it kind of reminded me of those truck enterences that trucks back into to dump all their stored goods. if you've played as the "supplier'"" in the Roblox game "work at a pizza place" you know what I mean. and i've seen some of them at the back of stores, and their truck doors are all the way high up into the walls.

but no. it wasn't that at all because it was way to small for any trucks and it was in the middle of a college campus. there weren't even any roads for trucks to drive in. if there were, they would be a huge distrubance to the college goers walking around int their college. 

there might be a door handle on the INSIDE but not the outside. why would they need a handle on the inside and not the outside you ask? I think they want to prevent intruders from coming in AND they need an emergency escape route for the people inside. that does make sense... but but there are no stairs or ramps under the door so its not accessable for tons of people, and just about everyone coming out would fall down once they get out. 

so the only thing i can think of is that its not for humans at all. magical beings with telekinesis powers and flying powers can open the door and fly up into the entrance with no problem. this door would be perfect for keeping out regular humans while allowing in supernatural individuals.
