My True Favorite South Park Character

If you asked me who my favorite character was, I'd say somebody like Craig or Kenny. No. It's Jason.

I could go on for hours why Jason is my favorite character. He's literally a main character in a secondary character's body.

His father is Bob White, who quite literally used Jason's funeral as a way to complain about how nobody remembers the Whites.

Now, Jason was never really talkative. Yet, he is literally stated to be quiet and withdrawn whenever he is with his family in the South Park Website.

It's assumed and shown that the White Parents are strict. However, I'm convinced that they were borderline (or just straight up) abusive.

In s21e10 "Splatty Tomato", the parents were quick to dismiss and yell at their 5-year-old daughter. While it's common for parents to raise their children with their political beliefs, I'm honestly convinced they were pushing the Trump support too far with this.

My biggest piece of evidence is s23e6, "Season Finale", the very episode Jason died in. So many aspects of this episode speak so loudly about Jason's life, before he died.

During Jason's funeral, Bob White gave a speech. Was the speech over how much he loved and will miss his own son? No. Of course not. It was over how 'Nobody cares about the Whites.'

Afterwards, he eventually adopts a boy to replace Jason, a Latino kid named Alejandro. Bob White is seen hitting Alejandro in this episode.

I know the circumstances, but maybe this shows that not only the Whites strict, they were also abusive.

This seemingly flat character had so much going on, even appearing in the pilot like so many of our favorite characters.

I'm honestly sad Jason died. Maybe he'll get a few mentions from his assumed best friend, Tweek. I don't know, but it's always worth a mention.
