ive finally taken art seriously since monday but im having concerns on whether or not ill improve rapidly at drawing since im not satisfied with my mechanical skills yet and i dont have a lot of knowledge on forms and anatomy. other stuff like value, shading, and coloring is what i want to know later.
good news is that i do try to plan my learning order like what do i need to know first, what i really want to know now, what i want to know after the desperate ones, and stuff im not that crazy knowing about so i set it back for later.
so im curious if any of yall managed to learn drawing fast in some way. im aware learning in general is slow but ive heard of people being able to improve in less than 5 years. im also aware that the speed of improvement doesnt correlate with the time spent practicing.
so let me know if some of yall got at a point of your art where you were satisfied with your skill level and what tips to know about learning more efficiently.
