it is 100% possible i made my whole layout on mobile , the in - website html editor here feels weird to work with sometimes ( at least on mobile ) so if you need to just write it all in your notes app and then paste it in the code section of your profile. just keep in mind the proportions of computers vs mobile devices are different and some things that look fine on computers look weird on mobile and vice versa.
