about my former history teatcher (a idioT)

My former history teacher, at the end of the school year, told the boy in the next room (named Robert) that when Robert got an average or bad job, he (the teacher) would stop by every day to bully the boy. But don't think he's the type to not do what he says, he really does. Reports from his former students confirm that this history teacher does this.

A small detail: Robert is black, and the professor is so white that he turns red in the sun.

 and also, in my class (old class), he used to tease a girl in my class a lot, saying she made a lot of noise, although that wasn't true in some cases.

Another small detail: the girl also appears to be of Asian descent, from East Asia (South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, etc.).

Would it be my former teacher, a racist/misogynist or just a super stupid guy, that is the question.
