I dont really share things like this but I need someone's help...Β
My menstruation's irregular and it scares the sht out of me. Last year I've experience 6 months without menstruating. Doctor said my blood's all fine and there's no infection or anything, he just gave me a medication to buy that's called folic acid (it's anti anemic) he also reminds me of not drinking a lot of coffee and after months I refuse to that ....but i don't think that's the reason why i'm not menstruating again. It's been 4 months...idk what to do and my mom's a little bit worriedΒ
To anyone who's experiencing/ have experienced this I would be very much thankful for responding... :)

hey, now i am not a professional so i'm glad you went to a doctor! menstrual cycle can be very irregular when you first start menstruating and it may take a couple of years to settle. otherwise, things like not eating enough/being malnutritioned or below a certain weight (especially if you have low percentage of fat in your body) may lead to irregular/sporadic periods. stuff like stress and physical activity may cause your period to disappear too, for example if you had exams/were sick or if you trained for a marathon/took a dance class etc.
i hope this could help a little!
now I see why. And I'm almost like a stick, I'm loosing a lot of weight, and yeah lots of things really stressed me. idk how to deal with it but i guess it'll just come back after a few months (i dont want to let it more than 6 months tho) AND THANK YOU SO MUCH

i'm glad i coyld shed some light on this and i wish you all the best in your health and personal life! if anything gets too concerning, please talk to your mom and maybe a doctor about this too. your body is going through a lot of changes, given your age, so i hope you can get through everything as healthy and happy as possible

birth control pills contain hormones, thus they may help with hormone imbalance! but if your blood work seems fine, there is often a lot of other possibilities
