Tonight's Movie: White Christmas (1954) 

Synopsis: Singers Bob Wallace (Bing Crosby) and Phil Davis (Danny Kaye) join sister act Betty (Rosemary Clooney) and Judy Haynes (Vera-Ellen) to perform a Christmas show in rural Vermont. There, they run into Gen. Waverly (Dean Jagger), the boys' commander in World War II, who, they learn, is having financial difficulties; his quaint country inn is failing. So what's the foursome to do but plan a yuletide miracle: a fun-filled musical extravaganza that's sure to put Waverly and his business in the black!

this one is dare i say my favorite christmas movie. It's romantic, its a musical, and the 1950's costuming is beautiful. it's a joy to watch and simply oozes christmas spirit. it's lovely. AND THE SONGS??? oh my god. in the second half of the movie, Betty sings Love, You Didn't Do Right By Me and I'm like SO TRUE QUEEN. (I really like the soundtrack) I just adore it. It is however leaving Netflix 12/31, so if you're gonna watch it, watch it now! <3
