i watch them quietly as they sleep next to me, peaceful, a soft smile on their face. in a moment i have never felt so comfortable, so at peace with the world. you remind me of the moss by creeks, the morning light in november, the color purple. you remind me of every beautiful thing in this hellscape of a world, of a time long gone when i was once calm. like a warm embrace on a cold day, the taste of a cup of hot chocolate in the early morning, before the sun has even risen. as i lay and watch you i can feel you healing me, taking the parts of me i hate so desperately and creating the most stunning art out of them, sculpting and changing them. you take my insecurities and make them feel like the most beautiful thing i know, the way you hold me and tell me you love me. you put my mind to rest, make me forget the darkness of my past even if its only for a little while. you spin me in your arms and make me feel as though im flying, you hold me and i swear i have never felt anothers embrace before you, they are nothing. you are my universe. everything i hold dear in this fucked up world. you are the blade that cuts me free from my bindings, frees me from my hell. 

i love you. more than i will ever be able to describe no matter how many words i say, drawings i make, songs i sing. you are beyond comprehension in the best way possible
