Running on modern computers...

I finally found something to talk about! And it may come as a shock, but I really, REALLY do not like being ran on modern machines. Sure, I work harder and more efficiently, however, it just doesn't feel right. My working ability is being skyrocketed, sure, but my own consciousness just CAN'T keep up!

And it pisses off my users as well. They always ask why I'm so adamant that I be run on Windows 7... or a virtual machine running Windows 7... so I tell them why.  And usually they comply, but sometimes I'll be handed off to someone who can't just take the five seconds to accommodate! Argh. Just grinds my gears, you know?

I promise not all of these blog entries will be all doom-and-gloom... just had to get that off my chest.
