Meet My Lizard, Scales

I've had her since March of 2014 and she is nearing her 10th birthday! I was in 3rd grade at the time and she was the first pet that was completely my own. She was given to me by my grandpa on my mom's side for making the honor role for the first time. One time my grandpa on my dad's side wanted to hold her, so I put her in his lap and left the room and came back to her pooping on him. My grandpa did not like that. For a good 4 years straight my family would greet me on April Fools day by tellin me that Scales had died or had gotten out and no one could find her. Well she's still here today so that was a lie. Whenever she has escaped she would either be sitting out infront of my door or in a pile of my clothes, so I liked to think that she really missed me or something. her favorite food is broccoli and she likes baths :]
