id say just wait until youre 18 and dont tell them a damn thing of what you wanna do
that way they cant bother you about it
and not to mention, if you wait you can actually plan it out more of what you exactly want

if they're strict I'd definitely pass on the tongue piercing, but I doubt that asking for brunette hair or black hair would be a huge problem.
i might try harder in the hair than the piercing but when i can actually get one by myself iβd definitely get one thank you!
