more poems won't hurt

T.W.O.Y.

Despite everything, it’s still you.

Still you who wakes up in the morning, still you who breathes in and out,

the breath of life.

However,

I miss just being me.

Because in your absence,

I don’t know.

WATCH

Sore teeth gnash against one another.

Blood and spittle mix into a splendorous concoction.

Milky eyes meet a placid stare.

All eyes on me.

All eyes on me.

All eyes on me.

CLOSE MY HEART

It's through bleary eyes that I see this world.

Lines of lights blur reality,

Hot tears coat rosy cheeks.

Gouge out each of these orbs,

And show me the truth.

SWEATER

Your scent graces my soul, the tip of my tongue.

I bite, and ichor will spurt.

Choke.
