NateWantsToBattle making fandom music again?

About a year ago (give or take) Nate announced that he was retiring from making fandom related music (FNaF songs, anime covers, etc.), but now it seems like he's suddenly backtracked into all that stuff again. Don't get me wrong, I love Nate's covers and he makes great songs based on video games, but it makes me a little sad that he's stuck in that area. Clearly, he wants to move on and make more serious music coming from himself, he just released his third original album and you can really hear how personal it is. Even the lyrics are him lamenting over how he's stuck being the internet fandom music guy. Nate is a huge musical influence for me. His music is ultimately what built me into who I am today in various ways. If this were what he was happy doing I'd have no problems with it, but this is obviously not what he wants to be and it makes me kinda sad...
