An issue i have with people on this site

Something I've noticed in my time here, which is only a few months, is that people just... Don't read others profiles 

I've had people call me they/them, or friend request me while fitting my dni (which isn't even that specific so it's pretty easy to follow) — idk, it comes across as friend hoardy and rude

If you take the time to write about yourself on your profile, you should also read other people's profiles... It should be common sense
