Christmas :D

I ordered all my Christmas presents yesterday, and all of them will arrive before Christmas! I was really scared I'd have to tell all my friends something like "yeah I got you a gift but it isn't here yet, just trust me bro", but thank fuck I don't have to do that.

I feel really bad, my mom needs new slippers but I can't find any anywhere, and the ones I DID find were like $40. I'd be willing to spend that much on my mom, because she's spent so much on me, but I only make minimum wage and I'm trying to save as much money as I can. I've settled on getting her a Friends Calendar (she wants a new one) and a Schitt's Creek Christmas ornament. If I have enough time, I might go out and get her some shower steamers (she told me she wanted some, I don't even know what they are)

As for my Dad, I wanna get him a nice Norwegian necklace from a local business. Me and my friends are gonna go to the Vancouver Christmas market soon, so I'm gonna try to find him something there. I already got him a ring for his birthday, but he really likes his jewelry (in a medieval blacksmith kinda way if you know what I mean).

Oh also, me and my friends are having this Christmas Party on the 23rd, and I'm so excited for it :D
We're doing a secret Santa thing which is fun, and I also got some of my closest friends their own presents.

Also also, I DON'T WORK ON CHRISTMAS EVE OR DAY!!! :D
I'm very greatful for that, I know everyone and their dog is probably requesting Christmas off, I didn't even ask for that time off, it's just how my schedule aligned. Let's just hope they don't change it
