Talking abt LuLuYam's UPCOMING COMIC!!! + more LuLuYam fanart (I'm not obsessed [lies])

LuLuYam's making a comic series that ties into their music and musical OCs and I'm SOOOO excited for it!! This is the description on their website:

I’m proud to announce that I have started work on my comic series “Lucifer Lucifer”.

”L.L.” is a series accompanying LuLuYam as a form of lore for the characters and faces behind the music.
The comic in question will feature content that’s more centered for a 16+ audience with a content warning for profanity, violence, horror based imagery and more.
As for release dates, they have not been decided as of yet. The prologue will be the first release in a series of small
chapters that will follow after.

”Lucifer Lucifer” centers around “LuLu” a malevolent and vengeful entity that calls themselves a “poltergeist”, and the one responsible for their unintentional creation: Lucelia.

Lucelia, a woman who spent most of her life living in isolation from others, finds herself in a horrifying labrynth that she is told is called “The Nightmare”. Not remembering much about herself or how she ended up in The Nightmare, Lucelia must navigate through horrifying hallways, rooms, and other locations that slowly remind her of who she is and how she arrived to the horrors she’s now surrounded by.

Lucelia is often times accompanied by LuLu, who offers their guidance so that Lucelia can hopefully escape this world to go home. However, it’s unsure if LuLu is truly there to help, or guide Lucelia further into a darker
path that she might soon regret following.

The release date for the prologue will soon be announced.

IT LOOKS SO COOL I'M SO EXCITED FOR IT!!! I love the metaphors they use to portray the struggles of trauma and personality disorders it feels so expressive to me and I relate soooo much it's so beautiful! <33 The songs that are included in the canon of the story are Cemetery Blues (playing rn), EVERYTHING, Sympathy, and any song that they produce from now on. They're working on a new Ke$ha inspired song called Roaches which I'm also really excited for. I made another drawing in anticipation of the comic series and it's Phantom of the Opera themed!

I decided to do blue Lucelia cuz I think the contrast between them looks nicer but I'll probably draw pink Lucelia in the future too. There's not a lot of info yet on the dynamic of Lulu and Lucelia's relationship but I get the vibes that it's very similar to the Phantom and Christine which is what inspired me and it also makes me very happy to cross them over bc Phantom of the Opera was my favorite musical for a LOOOONG time (it's Hadestown now but I still love Phantom very much).
