writing fanfics is hard. do i describe a character so that everyone knows what they look like in the au or let the reader imagine them how they want to? how do i write about things if i've never been in that situation before? i also have no inspiration and have no plot in my head for that work. SAME GOES FOR ORIGINAL WORKS. they exist in my head. do i just write one shots? make an ask blog? they have very long names so i should make canon nicknames right??? please help me
hey! about fanfiction, i suggest you to read others works and reference from that. i personally don't think you need to describe the character unless it's in a different universe where they haven't met or stuff like that! eg.
Caelus stared the man at his front with caution. Black hair, wearing a black turtleneck shirt, his pants were gray, and he wore a white open coat with turquoise adorns. That was Dan Heng, a member of the astral express.
