Ling Qinghai. A person nobody knows, but whose name sends chills down the spine of anyone who's heard of her work and victims.

Ling was raised by Tianese politician Hung Lee during a particularly unstable time in Tiankong politics. Lee taught Ling the art of spying and assassination. It is no coincidence that Lee's rivals started getting into fatal accidents after Ling got old enough.

Hung's teaching made Ling perfect. She is silent, untraceable, and undetectable. When Lee retired and seemingly disappeared from the world, so did Ling, but the string of accidents, deaths, and reveals of dark secrets that kept on happening to both troublesome and seemingly innocent people didn't stop. It is clear; Lee and Ling are still active.
