Thrifting

Im tryna find some cool clothes, and I heard thrifting is what i need to do. Anyways, i searched the interwebs for stores, could not find anyyyyy >:(((. So i wanted to ask, are there any specific brands or companies that you can thrift shop at in eastern Europe or do i just flip a coin and go to a random one?? It's sooo fucking cold outside and I don't wanna waste my time being cold all day rolling the thrift shop dice. Any recommendations pleasee
