Endless Suffering in Ice

Encounter #3612, I found my shiny Regice. I crit him turn one and almost had a heart attack (he survived). Later, he used a recoil move and killed himself. I am now grinding out encounters in History class, hoping I'll hit my 1/8192 chance again.
