As the end of the year comes I am looking back at everything I did and for the most part I think I did pretty good. Sure, I had to fight some demons but I have the tools to support me. However, I'm upset that I'm gaining more paranoid thoughts that my friends are mad at me. Recently I was directing my short film and a lot happened on set. The worst was that my frustration caused me to get confused and miscommunicate with my team. It got to the point where one of my close friends pulled me aside and told me I needed to apologized and I did. After the film shoot I feel that they are all withdrawing from me. Most likely they are all still overwhelmed by their projects, but I still can't get these thoughts out of my head. It sucks but I can't do anything more then being there for my friends once they are free.
On a more positive side, this month I will be planning the best way to balance writing my screenplay, while maintaining my job and health (both physical and mental.)
If anyone has tips on dealing with intrusives thoughts or just wanna talk let me know!!!
