What a difference!

December 6th in England, 0, that's zero degrees Celsius. Here in Lisbon, 9 degrees and sunny. The morning is only just starting! Yes, I got a very early flight from London. It is expected to be fourteen degrees Celsius, which, compared to England, is positively balmy!

I am waiting for my sister. Story of my life, she's never on time! Two of my cousins from Israel are already at home with my Dad, and we have a mikvah scheduled as at sunset begins Hanukkah! I am so glad to be home. I have been worrying about my cats, but here I have more cats, and also my snakes! It has been a time since they have seen me, and our family dog, Zebra, too! Yes, we have a dog called Zebra! Long story!

I only carried on one overnight valise which I put up in my overhead storage as hand luggage. My sister has been out to get me my toiletries, so I haven't had to carry any with me. I will loan some of her perfume if I need any.
