So I just casually click on random unknown channels that pop onto my recommended on youtube since idk i find it funny.
than i found this pilot for a show called "Young & BoЯed" and to put it lightly it looked like if a baby was supposed to make a show but the only thing they could use is a hammer.
i sent it to my friend saying "haha look how bad this is" than i slowly dug a little bit deeper finding out that this show didn't always looked like this, it used to be a little bit more stylized (it kinda felt like the scott pilgrim comic art style lol)
the show was made by a woman named Branwyn Elizabeth who was a freelance cartoonist and a man named Jordan Zangrillo who i'm still puzzled on what he was doing before this, but both were writers of the show.
The show was ran by Jordan's company "Zangtoons" and according by the "Young & BoЯed: the inspiration" both Jordan and Branwyn pitched the show to multiple companies but no one bought it.
Than in 2021 Branwyn and Jordan started a kick starter for Young & BoЯed, the goal of the kickstarter was 10,000 dollars than they reached 12,000 dollars instead. A lot of people did truly care about this show.
So after 2 years Young & BoЯed finally released, and the animation quality wasn't as good as the trailer showed in 2021.
this is my theory: over the 2 years of production, Branwyn left the project either from behind the scene stuff, idk. Leaving Jordan completely alone in the project, and it seemed like Jordon blew most of the budget on the VA's, so Jordon was forced to animate the entire pilot by himself it seemed
