i wanted to start veiling cause i want to be a little to the book about my faith (bible) so bought some veils to practice at home and actually start next year like near graduation probably or after, just like after prom tbh. but amazon delayed and delayed and delayed and now they say if it doesn't come by now get a refund tomorrow
beuh i wanted them Saturday when u said theyd come bruhvvv ijust want the veils [sob sob]

I'm genuinly curious. What is veiling? I have never heard of that before.
I don't use Amazon for anything. I prefer buying locally instead on relying on a mega corp that closes down local bookstores.
In my country, we have a mix of christianity and ancient practices. I don't think it's even permited to do that where I live.
christian veiling! :] its the best way i can explain it using with the label christian to highlight the specific faith, but sometimes christian women like to veil outside of just when praying and some based in certain branches or cultures veil completely head to toe, some dress quite modestly or some very casually. it just depends really there is a lot of variety!

also yeah i wished to get it somewhere else rather than amazon, but there was nobody nearby that was a trade marked veil shop near me so i was guna settle on headwraps kek

Don't get me wrong, but I think that's unnecessary. Especially when Saint Peter described it as not necessary too. However, people can do what they think it's best for them, so I'm not gonna say much more.
In my community, it is unheard of and even frowned upon. Especially, because it's associated with something else. Further, making elaborate hairstyles is part a family's tradition (or clan).

dont worry, i understand! no its not necessary to 24/7 or anything i get that. it is most indeed out of choice rather than necessity. i did end up cancelling the Amazon order though lol they never did come. i like wearing a cross and will continue to into the future, but i understand some people who do frown upon it (veiling) or find it not needed. i don't plan to be super strict about it, my hair will def still be showing lol.

Amazon has been decreasing in costumer service quality. They just don't care anymore. :P
I really think you should find another alternative or else you'll wait a looooong time for your order.
Also, I a lot of products I find on Amazon come from China. T-T What is this? Another AliExpress? Orders coming from China take so long...

i agree!! amazon is getting to the age where it thinks its super good because it leaned into something that used to be of the future. but its growing old now. i used AliExpress once two years ago and bought something in December, it didn't come until February the next year! im probably going to go look around my area next year and see actual local businesses instead of rely on amazon kek
