Why proship is bad? (Why you should not be a proshiper)

Scene people think proship is okay. I'll explain why it's not from a victim view point.

Proship is a term used to describe content that ships or romanticizes things such as incest or pedophilia, which are both illegal and immoral. Shipping characters together who have family relations or are minors with adults can be problematic and is widely considered to be something that shouldn't be encouraged or supported. The harm such content can cause is a subject of debate, and it is a topic that needs to be discussed in order to protect and respect individuals. 

Proship can be harmful as it can normalize and even glorify real-life acts of abuse, exploitation, and violence against minors. By presenting these harmful behaviors in a positive light, it can lead people, especially children and adolescents, to view these actions as acceptable or even desirable. Furthermore, it can desensitize people to the realities and pain of these acts, and may even make it less likely for those who have been victimized to seek help or speak out against the harm they've suffered. The normalization of these actions through proship content can have a destructive and potentially lethal impact on real-life victims.

Proship content can negatively affect and harm real-life victims of abuse, exploitation, and violence by making light or even glorifying these actions. This can create a dismissive and disrespectful attitude towards the victims and their experiences, which can lead to further social isolation and revictimization. Normalizing these actions through proship media can also lead people, especially children and adolescents, to believe that these harmful acts are somehow normal or even desirable, which can lead to increased vulnerability to potential abuse or exploitation. This disregard for the experiences of victims and the potential consequences of proship content can have a lasting and detrimental impact on real victims.
