i'm assuming you're talking about the guy who made a hateful gore account? also you can upload art by inserting an image link into the pop up when you press the little photo icon on a blog post !

i think there's a way to hide the new users bar if you dont want to see those gross accounts, i'll try to find the post where it explained how
