Venting about living in another country now.

I've always lived in Brazil, but in February of this year I moved to Malta, an island near Italy. It was my parents' choice, so I didn't have much of a say in the matter. It's not been that bad, but it's not that good either. I'm living in a decent apartment that I'm quite happy with, so I'm not complaining about that. It's very windy and cold here most of the time.
