Ended up at a different gym today. It had way less people than my normal gym. It was really nice to chill out and get my workout in rather than feel pressured to get it done quickly.  I'm adding some new exercises to arm day. I am slowly getting back into the groove. The biggest road block is the gym being over crowded so often. I might have to start only going around 9-10ish. Only did squats and leg curls today. I am a bit miffed. I had a pretty good arm day but I can feel the muscle loss. I only skipped a week due to illness and I went down in weight for pull downs.  Improving is fun. Leg day again. Feels like I have more leg days than anything else. I can feel a muscle base during barbell squats. Tried to do leg day yesterday but the queue for the machines was far too much. Ended up just squatting and doing the rest today. I just did some rotator cuff exercises and leg extensions/curls. I spent today trying to fix my left shoulder. I am not sure what muscle is being used instead of the bicep. I managed to get a pump on it but it was difficult because even reaching over to pick up the weight cause the wrong muscle to engage and made switching back to the correct one VERY hard.
