Random rushes of anxiety

For some reason I get these super random heart palpitations and rushes of anxiety for no reason. I don't drink coffee or anything like that, it's so weird. It has been happening for a good 2 years now and I'm a little concerned, I feel tense and scared for no reason but theres a little part of me that thinks "oh, I'll be fine" but there's times where I get concerned about it.
