Lately seems like things are slowly getting better but other things getting worse.. Stressed out constantly from work or just other unfortunate events that keeps occurring, just sitting down thinking/watching a short video/music clears the fog for couple minutes. Writing this as kinda like a recover. There's days I feel okay but other days I feel anxious/defeated. Could be from the situation that's been going on with for past almost 3 months now.
