Finally made a new theme!

YAY! So I finally made a new profile theme after ages. My PC's Wi-Fi drivers hasn't worked since around mid-August. Decided to reinstall Windows 11 (with files kept) and everything worked! Except VOCALOID4 Editor, some reason it's throwing up the "No voice libraries installed." even though my external hard drive has 88GB worth; both are located on my EHD.
