If I can figure out how to make it so then the navbar is a separate box from the whole main page, that’d be awesome… I’d guess it would be by using position: absolute; and moving it around, for starters, but… it wouldn’t be anchored in place how I want it to, since the parent div(?) doesn’t have the same position rule and it’d just not look good!!!
