MY PHONE HATES ME !! </3

sooo,, my mom took away my phone since I didn't reply to her texts even though I've told her many times that my phone doesn't give me notifications, it only gives me notifications when I'm off my house wifi for some reason and I don't know why !!

I've tried updating it and my phone says it doesn't need an update. I think my phone hates me </3

If someone knows why my phone does this,, pLEASE TELL ME,, also tell me how to fix it if you know !!!
