The Roof (part 1)

Today, we started on repairing the roof over my backroom. And by repairing, I, of course, mean nailing a tarp over the top of it and praying it holds.

Anyway.

As per usual, it was more complicated then we thought it would be. I don't know why we ever think anything's ever going to be easy, especially whit this POS house. But we had to pull the old water heater vent pipe out, and then peel off all of the tar. It took almost an hour because of how much there was on it.

And as per usual, there was quiet yelling and massive miscommunication because God forbid we actually tell people what we're thinking so we can all plan what we need to do. No, let's just get super mad because no one can read our f**king mind!!!

Anyway.

After over two hours, we finally got to a point where we could stop and finish it off tomorrow. With any luck, all we're need to do is screw in the 2x4s and nail down the tarp. I will update once we're done.
