Cosplay/Moving

Hi! This is my first time posting anything on this website so I'm so sorry if I posted this in the wrong section. But I need some help!

I am a cosplayer and I am currently moving. So to all the cosplayers who have traveled far for conventions or who have also moved; how should I pack my stuff? 

I have a few props that I've packed but I still need to pack my wigs and outfits. I don't want my wigs to tangle, but I have no clue how to pack them properly so that doesn't happen. Currently I have a box that I am putting all my stuff in, should I be doing it differently? I have semi-limited space so I have to pack them all together. I will also have my dogs in the car that I am driving down so I can't really put them in my backseat, trunk, or over the headrest of the carseats. (that's what I usually do when traveling to conventions.)
