If you mean as in add like a backround anf a cursor n whatnot, then at the top, theres a layouts button, if you go there you can click the little whatever that you like and copy down any of the links and paste into your 'about me' section under edit your profile!! if this is not what you meant ignore veruthing i just asaid.
